[He could tell Hugo wasn't fond of all the restrictions, each one making that eyebrow twitch just a little more. Maybe he'd made it too iron-clad--it comes with the territory when dealing with Hugo, after all. His head dips a little, looking to catch the man's gaze with his eye.]
